LifeWays is Hiring a Subsitute Teacher

Do you enjoy working with young children, spending time in nature and sharing organic and vegetarian meals? Come to LifeWays! We are seeking an early childhood educator to join our program from May-August 2024. Ideal candidates for this temporary, full-time position will be knowledgeable about the development of the young child as well as Waldorf and LifeWays pedagogy.  Additional opportinites may be available for the 2024-25 school year and beyond for the right candidate.

LifeWays provides a collegial, supportive and democratic work environment that respects caregivers’ autonomy while offering plenty of opportunity for further professional development.  All employees receive two weeks paid personal time off and paid holidays after a year of service.  LifeWays supports caregivers’ continuing education by paying a portion of training costs. Pay grade based on education level of the caregiver and years of experience in the field.
